What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if provided, number of locations, the services you are interested in, any notes you add, and any calculator estimate you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to set up a program if you proceed. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Shop results

Scorecards, reports, recordings and transcripts produced for a client are held for that client and are not shared with anyone else. We retain them until the client asks us to delete them.

Call recordings

Phone shops are recorded under Canadian one-party consent, with our shopper as the consenting party. Recordings and transcripts are stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure [client to confirm] and are accessible only to the client and to Digital Mystery Shop staff who work on that program.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of your contact information or of shop results held for your organization, email karen@digitalmysteryshop.com. We respond within [30 days].
