A small team, since 2015
Digital Mystery Shop is run by Karen Johnson from North Bay, Ontario. Karen has been mystery shopping automotive dealerships since 2015, starting with a single dealer group that wanted to know why online leads were not turning into appointments. [Client to confirm or replace this origin line.]
The approach has not changed much. Real personas, real questions, real follow-up windows, and a person reading every shop before it goes to the client. What has changed is the reporting: shared sheets that update as work is completed, phone shops recorded and transcribed, and a dashboard included with every program so managers can see trends at a glance.
We are a small team of consistent shoppers. The same people shop your stores month after month, which is why the scoring stays consistent and why we can tell you whether a store is improving rather than just whether it had a good week.

How we work
Honest by default.
A shop that finds nothing wrong is reported as exactly that. We do not manufacture problems to justify the invoice.
Coaching, not gotchas.
Every salesperson shopped gets personal feedback written to help them, and results go to managers, not to a leaderboard.
Human shoppers only.
No AI submits our inquiries or places our calls. Real people shop your stores, because real people are who you are trying to reach.
Your data.
Results, recordings and transcripts are yours, kept until you tell us to delete them, and never shared.
